Return and Refund Policy

At Pipcloth, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, subject to the following terms and conditions:

07-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 07-day money-back guarantee for your convenience. The 07-day period begins from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customers will cover the return shipping costs, and all refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) of receiving the returned product.

Eligibility for Refunds or Return

To ensure fairness and protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (even within the 07-day window) in the following situations:

  1. Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in their original condition, or show obvious signs of use due to reasons not attributable to Pipcloth’s error.
  2. Products exhibiting excessive wear and tear. The definition of “excessive” may vary depending on the product but generally refers to items that are approaching the end of their practical use or appear heavily worn.
  3. Products with missing or defaced labels.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

  • Customers will be responsible for a return shipping fee of $15 USD.
  • A restocking fee of $5 USD will be applied to all returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team and await our response.
  2. Once you receive our response, carefully follow the provided instructions.
  3. Pack all the items you wish to return, along with a printed copy of your purchase confirmation email and the return label.
  4. Take the package to your local post office or preferred courier and ship it to the address provided on your return label.

The return label will be provided to you by our support team.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send an email to [email protected]. If your request is accepted, you will be provided with a return label and instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of our receipt of the product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after the specified processing time, please take the following steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping, handling, and other fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments.
  • You must provide a valid tracking number when filling out the return form for your return to be processed successfully.
  • Regular products can be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit, while special or custom products can only be exchanged.

Once our Execution Center has received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive a confirmation email. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that, depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
