Shipping Costs for Worldwide (All Countries)

  1. Standard Shipping: From $4.95 per item
  2. Expedited Shipping: From $12.95 per item

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

  1. Shipments are generally in transit for 10-15 days (Monday to Friday).
  2. Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  3. Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Tracking

  1. Once your order has been shipped, it will come with a tracking number, allowing you to track its progress until it is delivered to you.
  2. Please check your tracking code in your billing email.

Cancellations

  1. If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
  2. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

  1. If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier, if possible, and contact our customer service.
  2. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Item Not Received

If you have successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet, even though the tracking status shows it as delivered, please contact the carrier to locate your package. Sometimes, tracking information may not be available due to technical issues that prevent the tracking information from being updated.
